Our Commitment to Quality

At Nak Muay Co., we stand behind every product we ship. Because all of our apparel and accessories are made to order — printed specifically for you — our return policy reflects the nature of custom print-on-demand production. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer (please refer to our size chart on each product page)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

We do accept return requests and will issue a replacement or full refund in USD if your item:

  • Arrives damaged or defective
  • Has a significant print error or quality issue
  • Is the wrong item due to a fulfillment error on our end

How to Request a Return or Refund

If your order qualifies under the conditions above, contact us within 30 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include the following in your email:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item showing the damage, defect, or error
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with next steps. Approved refunds will be issued in USD to your original payment method.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
