Every item at Nak Muay Co. is printed on demand. That means your t-shirt, hoodie, sweatshirt, mug, or tote bag is produced specifically for your order — no sitting in a warehouse, no mass production. This ensures quality and intentionality in every single piece. It also means there's a production window before your order ships.

Production Time

All orders require 2-3 business days of production time after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Production begins on the next business day following your order. During peak periods (holidays, major sale events), production may take slightly longer — we'll always communicate any delays.

Shipping Time

Once your order is produced and dispatched, standard shipping within the USA takes 3-5 business days. Combined with production, your estimated total delivery window is 3-5 business days from the date of your order.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that number to follow your package every step of the way. If you don't receive a tracking email within 5 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first — then contact us at [email protected].

Delays & Carrier Issues

Once an order is handed off to the carrier, transit times are outside our direct control. Carrier delays, weather events, and peak-season volume can impact delivery. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
